UK healthcare advertising / Claim review

Your claims.
A clearer next step.

Your entire agreed public website. A source-linked report with practical recommendations.

What is included.

  • Your full public website on one agreed domain, inventoried before acceptance
  • Exact advertising passages, context, relevant rule references and evidence questions
  • Prioritised recommendations on which wording needs attention and why

We record the pages reviewed, including pages without findings. Final replacement copy and implementation are separate services, not included in the base review.

Agree the scope before you order.

We confirm the fee, currency, applicable tax treatment and delivery date in a written quote. Implementation has its own agreed scope and schedule.

For UK advertising, we use relevant ASA/CAP guidance and, where applicable, MHRA medicines-advertising guidance. The applicable rules depend on the product, service, audience and communication.

This is editorial advertising-claim review, not legal advice, medical assessment, regulatory clearance or a guarantee of compliance. The clinic and its qualified advisers retain final medical and legal approval.

An enquiry is not an order and does not trigger payment.

One agreed passage, not a full free review. Please do not send patient records, health information or passwords.

A few details

Before you decide.

Which pages and social content are included?

The review covers the full public website on one agreed domain, including language versions, linked public landing pages and relevant documents. We resolve inaccessible sections and unusually large inventories before accepting an order. Additional domains are agreed separately. For social review, we agree the profile, content window, inventory and accessibility before quoting.

Which UK rules inform the review?

We consider the relevant CAP Code and, where medicines are involved, MHRA medicines-advertising guidance. We document potential issues and unresolved evidence questions. We do not issue a legal ruling or assume that every treatment or communication is governed by the same rules.

Can an agency commission the work?

Yes. You keep the client relationship. We agree the client domain, scope, commissioning party and handover with you. We can begin with one client website; there is no requirement to commit an entire portfolio.

What does implementation include?

Final replacement wording and implementation of agreed, approved text changes on the website and social channels included in your order. We confirm access, editability, revisions, verification and supported restoration before accepting that work. No full redesign, new functionality or ongoing service is included automatically.

How are price and timing agreed?

You receive a written quote stating the scope, fee, currency, applicable tax treatment, payment terms and delivery date. No deadline starts from an enquiry alone. Replacement wording and implementation have a separately agreed schedule. We do not ask you to pay through the German-market booking page for UK work.

Does the review provide legal clearance?

No. This is a marketing and editorial review, not individual legal or medical advice, compliance certification or guaranteed protection against complaints. Final clinical and legal approval stays with the clinic and its qualified advisers.
