Website and technical logs
The website runs on a server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. IP address, time, requested address, browser information and response status are processed for delivery and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation. Logs rotate daily with up to 14 archived files retained by the configuration. Evidence needed for security incidents may be retained longer.
Business enquiries
We collect name, practice/company, business email, website and specialty, plus optional services, social channels and a message. A request identifier, timestamp and consent are also processed. Do not submit patient records, health information or passwords.
Form submission is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR to answer your enquiry. You may withdraw this at any time by email. Subsequent pre-contractual or contractual steps use Article 6(1)(b); communication with company representatives uses Article 6(1)(f), our interest in handling the business enquiry. Required fields are necessary to submit; email is an alternative.
Recipients
Our self-hosted automation processes the form and emails the enquiry details to henning@praxis-wachstum.com for internal handling. Sending, receiving and email correspondence are processed through our existing Mailforge email service. The connection from the form server to the mail server uses transport encryption; this is not end-to-end email encryption. Enquiries are not forwarded to Telegram and there is no automatic newsletter subscription. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry. You can also contact us directly by email.
German-language quiz
Your five answers are initially scored in browser memory only. Results require no email address; reloading clears your answers. Only if you voluntarily submit the enquiry form afterwards are your answers and score sent with your details via the route above. This is a knowledge quiz, not a website assessment or an automated decision about a contract.
Retention
We keep correspondence as long as required to handle the request and resulting work, then delete it unless legal retention duties or legitimate needs to establish or defend claims require further storage. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Technical logs follow the configuration above.
Tracking and payments
No analytics or advertising trackers or external fonts are used. Quiz and forms use no tracking cookies or persistent browser storage. Following the payment link opens Stripe's external checkout. Stripe processes your contact, billing and payment details to handle the payment; see Stripe's privacy policy. This website does not collect card details or automatically pass your enquiry information to Stripe. An enquiry does not place a paid order.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen.
